camping into the wild is a good outdoor activity, but a little bit tough! certain findings suggest that camping is not all the times a leisure activity practiced whenever you think to get away from the hustle and bustle of your surroundings. the notion of camping, however, is a philosophy in which you can feel the change, practice the change and to experience the change! walking for long distances for instance, carrying a backpack that may bow your back, packing a travelling gear for a strong zeal, taking no showers for many long hours, crossing 12 Kms of cliffs and gorges to find a piece of bread, staying attentive at night with a camp-fire to soothe the fear, listenning to Roger Miller's cowboys travelling songs, sleeping inside tents instead of wollen pads, away from the humdrum of the ordinary life, several chances to meet up with solo travellers and exchange topics for a while, and to live a life into the wild ... why on earth would I do that? I could stay at home, living an easy life with so many facilities and work and earn more money. presently, it's difficult for us to believe there are people living their lives somwhere the way a camper lives for only a short of time and run back home as Forest Gump! maybe this is what makes travelers choose the roughest way to experiece something that is completely different. during my travelling experiences, and in practical way "camping" I have always acquired what cannot be found in books or even around the ordinary life. this kind of attitude teaches mainly how to handle life beyond wilderness! I would like to thank my friend Jahed for his friendly assistance to come with me. we were starting the fire to make breakfast, when this friendly French couple joined us after they had provided some help that we were in such great need of. together, we enjoyed the beauty of nature with the yummy breakfast meal. I wished time had remained longer ... everything was just "outstandingly gorgeous". I am looking forwards to meeting this couple in Meknes soon.

Anonymous said...: well, my friend , i can add some thought and feeling on what you described that i found much interesting on what they call camping and tell you that when ever you camp in those little , simple , beautiful but such poor places to think of those who survive in their to gain a life those who go for kilomettres to have some water or some food , those the world forgot about!!i personnaly see when camping people need to change their skin by living inside and through a simple life and find how nice the indegent their have a nice meal after being real tired to have one; December 1, 2008 at 7:30 AM

1- THE EXCURSION TO VOLUBILIS AND MOULAY IDRISS

The Excursion is well designed to give you a tour to the nearby Roman Ruins of Volubilis, presenting many of the Roman building structures as well as the preserved monuments all around the town. There’s always something else not to be missed! The excursion contains also a visit to the first Islamic state in Morocco, Moulay Idriss.
A scene of contrasting colors of culture and history between the Roman megalomaniac buildings and a real Islamic version integrated with the way people behave to form a sort of warmth, welcoming, and eagerness to help. Back from Volubilis, we will offer an interesting highlights in a tour visit, FOR FREE, to the Imperial city of Meknes, leading the way directly inside the Medina labyrinthine windy streets with a traditional tea at the end on an open air square.

2- The Excursion to the National Park of Tlassemtane- AKCHOR

3- A Trekking Trip in The Middle Atlas Mountain

An alternative excursion to break the humdrum stressed life by official young Tourist Guides with the assistance of Youth Hostel Organization in Morocco.
The trip Is particularly focused on trekking activities and most specifically discovering opportunities around the richest touristic sector that our welcoming tourists will be guided to. This trekking trip, around the exotic and rough Middle atlas mountains’ terrain, Is four days maximum and involves many activities during the full single day such as mountain scrambling or walkups, a visit to start getting yourself very much familiar with the birdlife including the Grey Heron, Cattle Egret, the sound of hidden Reed, and Fan-Tailed Warbler. A wildlife that Is full of Barbary Apes (Chimpanzees) that are specifically located in the Cedar Forests in the Northern Middle Atlas (as far as I know they never hurt anyone unless if someone throws stones). For those who love horse ridings, we already make sure and will manage to arrange comfortable riding trips to some valleys, little height mountains and hillocks so that you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Middle Atlas.
You might pause to think about if there are not any such lakes or rivers in this area where you’re planning to trek at. Hopefully the South of Azrou town lies most of the wonderful countrysides with splendid and impressive rivers and lakes (just few of them are sporadically dry).
